Noah's

Editorial Review

Chef Noah Schwartz's inventive small-plate specialties (scallop ceviche, local pulled duck and pomegranate glazed baby back ribs) have been winning raves since he classed up Front St. joint formerly known as Frisky Oyster Bar (though the original Frinsky Oyster remains in Greenport). Obligatory locally sourced ingredients, with Noah scouring the local farms and (especially) waters for seafood-centric menu. If you aren't in the mood to taste-tour, there are a few larger entrees such as a seafood stew and steak. And, perhaps meshing the chef's pedigree with space's former occupant, there are plethora of oyster dishes on offer and a raw bar.
