Paris may not have its own Nobu, but fans of the sushi franchise can for a very brief time enjoy Nobu Matsuhisa's mastery at a pop-up restaurant. A dark, sleek corner of the Ritz Hotel will host the renowned chef through mid-December. He and his team will be serving several signature dishes, including White Fish Tiradito and Black Cod Yuzu Miso, as well as an Omakase tasting menu. Dinner only, Monday through Saturday, with private salons available.
