Nobu Dallas

Editorial Review

A continuation of Matsuhisa's manifesto. Southern twist on New York's epic staple. Has the power to turn any raw-phobe into a sushi swami. Sit at the bar - the sushi preparation is a explosion of artistry and elegance, if you didn't already know that. Menu has all your favorites, spiced up with a little Texas flair. Thank god Texas is still part of the USA, but the scallops with jalapeno salsa would be worth the wait through customs.
