That's the amount of time it takes owner (and Seido Karate black belt) Melissa Rapoport to pour filtered water over meticulously measured Counter Culture coffee grounds using a special glass cone filter dealie. It's one cup at a time at this soon-to-be-classic Park Slope coffee spot, which means you'll never experience that scorched, bottom-of-the-pot bitterness found in more pedestrian brews. Coffee seminars, art happenings, and even charity hairstyling events are planned for the future, in case your caffeine lift awakens in you a desire to engage in life a bit more.
