Editorial Review

Everything about this upscale contemporary restaurant is designed to dazzle, beginning with its entrance through a 300-square-foot wine room on the seventh floor of the Park Hyatt Chicago. Multi-star dishes span sushi to French to classic Italian, sometimes mingling all three and more in a single dish, as with the escargots tempura. Predictably, they're a bit small for the price, but if you can afford to eat here, money's probably no object.
