The acclaimed hotel restaurant run by NYC expats serve classic American comforts spun with fresh seasonal dishes using local, organic, biodynamic ingredients (artisinal cheeses, seafood from Peconic Bay, local produce). Wine list includes Long Island vintages and thoughtful selections from the West Coast, and even some from that continent across the Atlantic. The charming country inn offers organic soaps and high thread-count sheets. Four guest rooms are fully equipped with necessary modern amenities, plus sleigh beds and exposed brick walls. Crisp white rooms are both appetizing and intimate.
