North Star Bar

Editorial Review

The story of the North Star is pretty cool. First opened in 1981 in a building that actually dates back to prohibition, the NS changed hands in the '90s and seems to have settled into middle age gracefully. On any night of the week expect to see blasts from the past (Bob Mould) and young scrappers (Fall Out Boy) along with upcoming locals. When the mood strikes take a break from the rock and grab a burger upstairs.
