This Lakeview spot brings some of the best elements of the Midwest to your table. First, there are the 50-plus bottles of beer, a dozen taps, and a rotating lineup of local and craft brews, all overseen by Tom Lee (of The Map Room). Then there is the menu backed by 45 local farms to create dishes like the meatloaf sandwich on salted rye with Wisconsin-raised, grass-fed beef, bacon and bell peppers, served with mashed potatoes and a dark-beer gravy. If that wasn't enough, much of the interior is made from reclaimed wood from an old barn in Michigan. As if it couldn't have gotten more Midwestern...
