O Ya

Editorial Review

When chef Tim Cushman and his wife, Nancy, opened this Japanese restaurant in 2008 it got a little bit of fanfare. Frank Bruni called it the #1 new restaurant in the country. Food & Wine called it one of the ten best and said Cushman was the best new chef in the country. Pretty much every one else who's walked through the doors has come out raving - it only seems like 90% of them were food writers talking about the inventive takes on sushi and sashimi here.
