The name says it all. These efficient, tiny - or "cozy" if you prefer - rooms are akin to staying in someone's guest house. You may have to share a bathroom, and there's very little space to put your stuff. Some rooms have that borrowed beach house feel, minus the sand. Lawn chairs on balcony decks bring in the sense of urban domesticity. Nothing like a good urban porch-sit. Friendly, helpful service makes up for the lack of luxuries. People spend too much time in their hotel rooms anyway. Free wifi, good location, and departure from corporate chain style makes it a worthy place to rest your head.
