Pizza is the focus here, and the dough is the hyper-focus. Fermented for a few days, then thrown in the 800-degree oven for three minutes. Topped with things like arugula and sausage. Eaten at just a slightly slower pace. Breakfast items are thrown in that red-hot bad boy too: bagels, danishes. Cool off with gelato, with or without cookies. There's not a ton of ambiance since the oven takes up much of the space, but you'll hardly miss it. You're in and out in a flash, after all.
