If seen at the Olvier's brunch scene, some tourists might be mistaken for locals, as even the most inconspicuous of visitors manages to blend right in at this utilitarian beer-and-wine-only brunch destination. Prime patio scene and nearby parking garage salvation aside, the food, while not worth writing home about, is better than it needs to be. Yellow-hued tiles are pure Miami, so is the menu, which covers everything from curry to French toast. An intercontinental peacekeeper, to be sure.
