Imposing pillars, ornate ceilings and mouth-watering cuisine help make this Italian restaurant a real contender in a city of over-elaborate imposters. Romance is a distinct possibility thanks to the stunning sea views courtesy of the poolside terrace. Whilst an impressive a la carte menu caters for discerning palates, an underrated all-you-can-eat buffet is a winner for those who simply can’t make their minds up. A relaxed atmosphere combined with waiting staff that just can’t do enough make Olives’ glowing reputation well-founded.
