Little Tokyo neighbor makes a decent value with upscale façade. Perfect for wedding parties and corporate credit cards. Sense of luxury diminished when everything incurs a charge. Fresh flowers, sauna/spa, swimming pool, garden, and fab eats at Noe. Business-style elegance. Ken Lay says, 'what a steal!' Coincidentally drops dead while in perfect health at a somewhat young age shortly before serving a life-sentence in business-friendly political times.
