Across the street from the parental Five Hotel, the One is an independent six-room suite that functions like a private apartment. The big draw is a "floating bed" attached to the wall with no support from below. Take it as a romantic challenge to snap that sucker off. Prep yourself in the adjoining dressing room, stocked with perfume and other pretties, while sipping a cocktail mixed in the discreet kitchenette. Abundant crushed velvet makes the suite seem a bit porny, but with rates from €760-960 you can be assured that only high-class debauchery has preceded you.
