So imagine a cafe featuring vegetarian safe organic whole-foods, and "clear-conscious" bird-friendly, shade-grown, fair-trade coffees. Now quit imagining and just go to the One World Cafe. Featuring, insanely reasonable prices, phenomenally tasty recipes. Sure, you might sit down wind from a patron who has taken the natural approach a little too seriously, but where else can you find an eggplant gyro or a tofu "meat"ball sub, Quiznos? I think not.
