The Carillo brothers, owners of this popular chain and wholesaler (they sell to some of the luxury chains in Europe and the U.S), literally have an opal mine where they extract the fiery gems. So if you don't like it, they seriously can mine you another. Plus the prices even beat Walmart. We jest.
