Opening Ceremony

Editorial Review

Charlie Chaplin's dance studio transformed into the place to get more than just fashion for Hollywood. Each room delivers cutting edge looks from a different country as well as a room devoted to high end vintage and a room full of books mostly speaking about perverse alienation of our culture. OC is risky and fun. Whatever the country, fashion pieces smirk at how serious fashion can be taken. Ghosts of rebels past walk throughout the rooms encouraging shoppers to laugh with fashion and themselves. In the middle of such a superficial city, dress and waist size are unimportant. Labels take a step back. Fun is the name of the game.
