By exposing the bones of the dining room of the space that long-housed neighborhood haunt Spinnakers (and more recently Blue Sky) and evoking the area's port-town heritage with ships' masts and other totems, the father-son team behind Page at 63 Main (the name is taken from the surname of a 19th-century whaling captain) have given the place an overhaul that's at once classy and comfortable. And with Della Femina (now closed) alum Jessie Flores helming the kitchen, the local-leaning menu is remarkably adventurous. Early favorites such as the Asian steamed buns (available with braised pork belly) and a soba noodle entree coexist happily alongside grilled hanger steak and seared foie gras from the Hudson Valley.
