Pal’s Takeaway

Editorial Review

May be the first viable businesses to owe it’s success to Web 2.0 — their Twitter feed (@palstakeaway) of outrageously delicious sandwich combinations literally drove drooling masses to their tiny counter tucked inside a stuffy market: “lemon roast porkw/mashed black eyed peas on parmesean roll/wild arugula,” “organic almond butter/white nectarine on wheat” (actual “tweets” that resulted in us purchasing said sandwiches). You’ll find yourself scarfing bites on 24th St. with no regard for passersby. All local, organic ingredients.
