Editorial Review

Brazilian churrascaria featuring an all-you-can-eat protein orgy of sword-skewered steak, sirloin, filets, chops, sausage, drumsticks, pork butt, turkey-wrapped-in-bacon, etc. The carnage just doesn't stop! Nice dark woods and mohair sofas deepen your food coma. Broad wine list that's equal parts California, Argentina and France and cocktails courtesy of the Bourbon & Branch's venerable Dominic Vinegas, including a variety of aged cachaças (yes, apparently they age cachaça...) interestingly re-combined like the Rochina Sazerac. Really hot hostesses.
