Beloved bar Passerby may be no more, but former regulars and ex-employees are still hell-bent on making the night jump off (like Santos, for example). Sensei master Joe Latimore is back from a hiatus in SF with a new, hoppin' two-room joint off Delancey. Think art of the Gavin Brown variety, drinks of the alcoholic sort, and peeps of the Lit (which is close) kind. A kicked back, kickin'addition to the LES mix.
