Quality Meats peeps revamp Park Avenue Café space with Sisyphean task of reinventing and relaunching a new restaurant every time the season changes. Interiors, server outfits, wall panels, matchboxes, it all goes, quarterly. Kitchen serves New American, local ingredients in colorful presentations. Summer incarnation's jellied tomato gazpacho with avocado and crab refreshing as a cold beer dragged across the forehead. Serves the Park Avenue loafered and Botoxic set, but intriguing enough to hold broader appeal.
