No place does better by our divine A.M. addiction than this new, independent coffee. Eleven carefully-selected varieties from all over the Americas--Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Hawaii. Each type of bean gets its own grinder (no mixing here), baristas can be likened to master sommeliers of Java World with the way they talk about beans and know their way around the fancy machines. If you're not the straight-up type, cortaditos and coladas are where it's at. Chill setting, exposed brick walls, low-hanging, colored glass lighting, soft, neutral-hued seating, and the convenience of free wi-fi. Helps curb the shakes.
