Paymon's Bistro

Long beloved by students, hipsters, artists, and other folks who may or may not be vegetarians, Paymon's has at last opened in the Arts District. The new space may be a loft in the Arts Factory, but it is still swathed in embroidered draperies and bedizened in sapphire-n-sand tones, as it maintains that whole harem-souk vibe. Dolmas, falafel, hummus, and kabobs are at their best, and the new location is able to lure in an arts-oriented clientele, from those browsing the gallerys to those actually working in the studios.
