That's PBR as in Professional Bull Riders -- the rodeo that brings all the cowboy hats to Vegas twice a year -- but, sure, you can order a Pabst Blue Ribbon. The setting isn't all that country-fied: shiny wood walls, banks of televisions, generic furniture, but we suppose the steer-skull art and waitrsses in wifebeaters take up a little bit of the slack. Much of the food is awash in country gravy and BBQ sauce and the specialty cocktails tend toward the bourbon and watermelon ingredients. The tables of dudes watching the game favor plain old beer.
