Packed full of Mac-toting graphic artists and power moms on their way to their next Pilates class, Pekoe is gaining momentum as Boulder's go-to meeting place.  The pastries tend to run out by mid-day, but unique tea creations, chais, and Clover-crafted coffees flow at all hours.  The eco-friendly wood seats are hard and the self-conscious iPod riffs irritating, but what's a little sacrifice for a place with the (self) chosen elite of young Boulder?
