Penn's View

Editorial Review

Penn's View old-school charm includes a bar with the largest wine preservation and dispensing system in the world, pretty amazing. Basic but roomy rooms won't leave an indelible memory but you can't beat the location, right at the end of Market Street by the river. Lobby eatery Ristorante Panorama serves solidly reliable Italian fare. Food, wine and a view of the water, all for a very affordable price.
