All about the atmosphere. Ain't big, but you got that already from the name. Handful of tables nestled under rustic tile, Christmas lights, Mexican tchotchkes. Frequent waits for chill sidewalk seating. Hit or miss food. Quesadillas, enchiladas, fajitas; fish tacos are usually a winner. Nice-looking crowd makes you want to linger.
