Don't hate the sedate Jean-Georges at large in Richard Meier's annoying glass tower. The joint is as cool, calm, and imposing as the building itself. Minimal décor of grays, beiges, and whites is inevitably sleek and clean. Rabbit medallions, red tuna in a rice cracker crust, steamed black bass. Lobster's a budget buster but decadently good, butter-poached and served with Peruvian potatoes and Béarnaise.
