This boutique, 80 suite hotel's pride and joy is the rooftop. The saltwater pool (neat!) is framed by lounges, cabanas and a bar, so it's essentially perfect. Rooms are quite lovely, and 24 hour spa service is as accommodating as it gets. The location is also perfect for walking out and stumbling back.
