Philippe Chow continues his quest to chase the jet-set around the globe by adding a Hamptons outpost—renting the space occupied by Kobe Beach Club last summer—to his burgeoning classique Chinois empire (joining spots in Manhattan, Miami Beach, Mexico City and one reportedly on the way to Beverly Hills). Chow has been busy since he left his top chef spot at Mr. Chow. He brings the same steady haute take on classic Chinese dishes as at his other locations, and offers delivery of the full menu and off-premise catering—Chow himself will come to cook for you at your house or on your boat, say his people, "for a certain price." 
The kitchen will stay open until 1 a.m. normally and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, making it one of the last places to get a decent meal that late that far out on Three Mile Harbor Road.
