Phillips

Editorial Review

Once upon a time there was no better seafood to be found in Baltimore than Phillip's seafood. That ship has long since sailed. Phillips is fine if you're a tourist and you don't know any better, but the locals know that it's bloated, overpriced and overrated. It's not that Phillips is bad it's just that there is so much better. The last time a Phillip's crab cake cracked the top 10 in Baltimore, Truman was President, gas cost a quarter and the Inner Harbor had 100% fewer tourists.
