Chef Tony Priolo, formerly of Coco Pazzo, together with co-owner and Italian wine specialist Ciro Longobardo, send out red wine-braised beef short ribs with cipollini onions and soft polenta, spinach and potato gnocchi and pizzas fresh from a wood-burning oven.
