Style-forward Basque brasserie headed up by affable celeb chef Gerald Hirigoyen, who mingles at length with every table. Refined, yet explosive flavors. Signature piperade—roasted tomatoes and peppers with Serrano ham and poached egg—and towering Dungeness crab salad. Ideal for family style dining. Excellent wine list, incredible orange blossom beignet dessert, and perhaps the finest mojito in town. Drop-in diners get their own communal table.
