Earthy, grainy, sprout-filled dishes with the occasional Kobe burger, grilled herb chicken, and indulgent spoonful of sorbet. Yes, this little spot along the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu knows just how to satiate its town's largely fat-fearing, semi-starved population. However, menu surprises do include an "Italian Corner," where spinach tortellini (available in gluten-free) and ham and mushroom pizza hang out alongside locally-harvested "gut-busters," like grilled skirt steak and chicken weiner schnitzel. Of course, no one orders those. And neither should you.
