Pogue is in a unique location: across from Police Headquarters and amongst office buildings but not quite in the financial district. Otherwise, perfect for happy hour. There are plenty of tables to go around amid the mahogany for that after work bitch session, a pitcher of Guinness, and good ol' fashioned pub food. Wide open patio is prime to see someone get arrested or for some fresh air after a jam packed St. Patty's party.
