Nouveau Trader Vic’s for South Bay types and tourists. Blue floors with dots, swirls, and checks not really a good idea. Hit and miss menu tries to be all things to all Asian cuisines, from garlic naan to Vietnamese seafood stew. Oh well, just get in the mood with a Bruce Lychee, then work your way through shiitake half chicken and Chinese baby back ribs.
