What's surprising at the Pork Shoppe are the homemade popsicles and your ability to make it out the door under your own control. There are three BBQ varietals to choose from for your brisket, pulled chicken and pork shoulder sandwiches, ribs and pork belly, and once the liquor license is granted the place will sling only bourbon and canned beer.
