Barton G. is pretty much a celebrity around these parts. Who can actually pass up his Voodoo Shrimp or tantalizing desserts at his namesake SoBe resto? Thankfully, Prelude by Barton G. has opened downtown-in a culturally relevant venue no less. The concept is a tad old-fashioned—your choice of five dinner seatings between 5p and 10:30p, and a prix fixe menu—but the food is anything but; duck confit, goat cheese tortellini (umm, yummm), and PB&J to satisfy your sweet tooth. Exceptional wine list. Superior street cred. Just a ‘lil more Barton G. to love.
