Prima

Editorial Review

Dream team of Ninth Street Espresso, Summit Bar, and Motorino peeps joined up for café and cocktail groove on First Street. Janky brick walls played off against sleek marble tables, general rustic-industrial vibe. Starts up prima thing in the morning, with expert caffeine and pastries. Come dinner, focus turns to fish. Seabass, skate, Arctic char mix ‘n’ matched with pesto, sauce vierge, Béarnaise. Drinks worked up with equal panache, try “The Last Cocktail” for pear purée, rosemary-infused agave, and clove dust getting down with Prosecco and gin.
