London » Restaurant » Soho » Italian
On the credit-crunch friendly Italian eatery scene, things don't get much better than Princi. Creative merger between famous Restauranteur Alan Yau and Milanese baker Rocco Princi results in mouthwatering café/bar offering. Sharpen senses of smell, taste and sight to best feast on smorgasbord of southern treats: Potent and pungent Italian cheeses, silky cuts of meats, and wondrous piles of light buttery pastries, all to be washed down with accompanying glass of bubbly prosecco. Décor is not as simple, with a crazily oversized water feature. Must be seen to be believed.
