Progress Coffee

Editorial Review

Never has a view of train tracks been so absorbing as it is perched on the industrial deck of this converted warehouse. Other eye candy: art on the walls and progressive periodicals. The finished-concrete floor is a cooling agent on hot days. And the coffee? Well, it's politically correct. "Fair trade, organic, shade-grown, and custom roasted by hand in small batches." That's right, lefties only.
