BlackBook Lowdown

Never has a view of train tracks been so absorbing as it is perched on the industrial deck of this converted warehouse. Otherwise, there's legit art on the inside walls. And eye-candy periodicals for flipping through. Minimalist design is a cooling agent on hot days. And the coffee? Well, it's politically correct. "Fair trade, organic, shade-grown and custom roasted by hand in small batches." That's right, lefties only.
