When it comes to certain Miami restaurants, the use of the word 'gastropub' is a misnomer, used by pretty much anyone who serves Bud Light. But when it comes to Pubbelly, the whole gastropub concept is taken to the next level of legitimacy with excellent craft beer selections and a Latin/Asian menu that relies heavily on pork belly, hence the name. Some call it the Momofuku of Miami, and that's saying something, even if it's only sort of accurate.
