Queen of Sheba Restaurant

Editorial Review

This ain't no barbecue joint, y'all. This here is Ethopian food, and one of the better restaurants in Texas. The interior is an odd but pleasant blend of cultures, where a hand-washing ceremony happens beside wedding-reception decor (that's probably because in a former life, the space was used for weddings). There's no self-consciousness here; scoop up mouthfuls of wots, tibs and fitfit with pieces of injera, a spongy, crepe-like sourdough bread. Late nights, it transforms into a club with folk dancing, disco and drinks.
