A pool hall at the heart of Lan Kwai Fong, started by a group of young Chinese Americans — actors, DJs, and entrepreneurs. Racks is not your traditional billiards club, full of hustlers and rounders; this place is for the edgy young nighthawks. Don’t be tempted to put your shot glass on the rails, though. You’ll get told off faster than a well-used baize.
