Although its name alludes to an ambience buzzing with celebrity scoops, the reality is more sterile. A clientele of bank staff drinking to forget their whorish worship at Dubai’s cash-laden alter. Visit between 6:30pm to 7:30pm to see modern-day Gordon Gekko’s at play, taking advantage of the Marina's cheapest happy hour. Seating is limited in the dimly lit business boudoir. Yet, the smoking ban has opened up opportunities for the 10-second rule. While the thin crust pizzas offer delicious stomach-lining qualities, this is a place where eating is considered cheating, opt instead for the meal du nuit: free nuts.
