New "diner-style" establishment proves that you really can't swing a clogged-nose trustafarian in Palermo these days and not hit a spot run by English speakers where brunch is being served. Randall's gets points for having the edge of biscuits and gravy, though there are no grits yet (just give them time). In addition to burgers, brownies, and ketchup for daytime crowds, owners are smart enough to have expanded their vision to include evenings. Meaning you can now get there at eight in the morning, stay until two at night, and challenge some doe-eyed New Jersey native to a game of Scrabble in between.
