This spot may not win any culinary awards, but residents are thrilled to have something in the otherwise food-vacant neighborhood. Simple spaces with plenty of sidewalk seating: squint and you're someplace elegant. Go for a complicated coffee creation and a pastry, or a panini and iced tea.
