Red Light has the most intriguing interior design along the Randolph Restaurant Row, with what might otherwise be played-out Buddha statuary accented by ornate, metal-vined hanging lights, matte metal accents and red pyramid fixtures. A mixed crowd of designer-wearing thirtysomethings pay down the debt on this finery with $19 pad Thai and market price Shanghai-style whole catfish. Their frozen mango margaritas and sexy back-room lounge are still big favorites in this town.
